You can permanently delete your Ktebstan account and associated personal data directly in the app. Ktebstan is operated by PSOOLA Ltd.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Account and choose Delete account.
  2. Read which data is deleted and how existing orders are handled.
  3. Select the confirmation checkbox, tap Delete account and personal data, and confirm.

No new account, password, email, phone call or support approval is required. You can also open deletion from the profile-completion or disabled-account screen.

If you cannot access the app

As an additional recovery option, you can email with the subject Ktebstan account and data deletion and your account phone number. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, identity documents or payment-card details. This optional recovery route is not required for in-app deletion.

What happens next

Your login and profile are permanently deleted immediately, and existing sessions lose access on every device. Saved addresses, favorites, cart items, reviews, book requests, support messages, notification registrations and uploaded personal files are automatically removed in the background, normally within 24 hours. Owned bookstore listings and images are removed, and the public bookstore is closed. No further action is required.

Deletion does not cancel an existing order or return. Delivery contact details remain only while an order or return is open; they are removed automatically after completion. Purchase, payment, refund, payout and accounting records remain as transaction records without your profile or completed-order delivery contact details. Previously delivered notifications, backups awaiting expiry, and content independently copied by others may remain outside the active account system. Signing up later creates a new account and does not restore deleted data.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your Ktebstan account or server data. Read our Privacy Policy for more information, or contact support for help with this process.
