Accounts and eligibility

The service is intended for people aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of legal adulthood, involve a parent or guardian before placing orders or entering commitments. Provide accurate account and delivery details, use an account you are authorized to access, and keep sign-in codes private. You may browse without an account; orders and other account features require sign-in.

Books, prices and orders

Ktebstan connects readers with participating bookstores and publishers. Listings describe physical books, their condition, seller, price and availability. Review these details and the delivery fee and total shown at checkout before placing an order. If a quote changes, you must accept the updated quote before confirming it. Availability and delivery coverage depend on participating bookstores and configured delivery areas.

Book-availability requests are inquiries only: they do not reserve stock, create an order or charge you. Fair and exhibitor information reflects published entries and may change.

Payment, delivery, cancellations and returns

Customer orders currently use cash on delivery. Pay the amount confirmed for your order to the authorized delivery representative and keep your order reference. Delivery updates and available cancellation or return actions appear in the app. Contact support if an item is damaged, incorrect, has an undisclosed defect, or if an order needs attention.

Cancellation and return eligibility depend on the order stage, applicable policy shown in the app, and your rights under applicable law. A submitted request is reviewed; it is not automatic confirmation of a cancellation or refund. Any approved refund and its method will be communicated separately. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Responsible use and public content

Do not misuse the service, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with security, or upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content. Only submit material you have permission to share. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and must not disclose someone else's private information.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You allow Ktebstan to store, process and display that content as necessary to provide the requested service, including publishing reviews and approved bookstore/listing content. We may moderate content and restrict accounts to address abuse or protect the service.

Bookstores and delivery partners

Seller and delivery functions require appropriate approval and permissions. Partners are responsible for accurate information and for fulfilling their assigned responsibilities. Commission, settlement, delivery and other partner arrangements are governed by the terms specifically agreed with that partner; these customer terms do not set those rates or replace those agreements.

Privacy, account closure and support

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. You can request account and associated data deletion through the app or the public Account Deletion page. Open orders, returns, payouts or disputes may require resolution and limited record retention.
